Organic plums, pitted, dried

Plums are juicy and chewy fruits with a fleshy texture. The dried plums are made from the fruits of the Prunus domestica variety, as not all plum varieties can be dried. The plum trees grow between 3 and 8m high. They bloom in spring and the fruit ripens in late summer and early fall.

The dried plums are delicious to eat right away or in combination with muesli and yogurt. They can be added to pastries and baked goods. They are a great addition to Prunes Chicken Stew or Prunes Almond Lamb Stew.
