Which shipping service provider does IDDA Herbal use?

We work together with DPD and Deutsche Post.

How can I track the status of my shipment?

When your shipment is sent to the address you provided, you will receive an email. This email contains the tracking number and a direct link to the tracking website.

When will I receive my order?

If no different delivery times are specified for the items ordered, our delivery times are usually 2 to 3 working days. If possible, we will ship on the day of the order.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs (including VAT) are €6,90 for deliveries within Europe.

In which countries and areas can I order?

We currently deliver to Germany (excluding German islands), France, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden and Bulgaria. We are continuously working on expanding the countries we serve and the list will be updated as more countries become available.

How do I get my refund for returned products?

After receiving and processing the return, we will refund the amount to the payment method used for the purchase. Quick and easy.
