Our almond flour is made from finely ground raw almonds. It is a perfect alternative to wheat flour for cooking and baking. The flour is ideal for a gluten-free and low-carbohydrate diet.

Almond flour is perfect for making pancakes, bread, cakes, and other baked goods. You should consider replacing about 30% of the conventional flour with almond flour in order to get the best consistency of the baked goods. You can also add it to your breakfast cereal and smoothie.
